2012年 ~ 走過一些起伏、一些選擇、一些困頓、一些阻礙、一些掙扎、一些突破、一些失落、一些學習、一些再成長....

2012年沒有白過，但卻不代表這一年走過的一切都已揭示出意義，畢竟，生命總是持續的在教導、在醞釀、在發酵，而今年所遇到的人事物，也許在某一天，才能整個看到更全面的意義，與更被洞察出的關鍵意涵。

Dinner with a White Sangha 21 Oct 2012

Tonight we have a quite a wonderful dinner together with Aunt Jasmine’s family with our new friend – David. David is a Buddhist. He is from America.

David currently stayed at Joyfully Together Mindfulness Practice Centre in Kota Kemuning, whereby is the meditation centre in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh and Plum Village.

This is the centre which both Ed Mun and Jasmine goes every Sunday and practice their meditation there.

David got to know this centre at Cambodia where he have helped a children home called Cambodian Children’s House of Peace. It is a local Non-Governmental Organisation which provides food, clothing, education, health care, recreation, arts, moral development and all the other things children need to grow and develop into proper citizens.

He is a very good artist and story teller. He have published a picture book and the earnings which he sells from this book will go to the children home.

This evening, Ed Mun and Jasmine wanted to bring him around and we went to the Brickfields. And, introduce to David to try some Indian food - Banana Leaf rice and eating using hand.

This is quite an experience for him. After which, we walked along the streets around and Brickfields and window shopping along the traditional Indian shops and seeing their culture.

It was a nice and great dinner. Both Issac and Annabelle are happy seeing this old grand papa and enjoyed his company.

Annabelle Birthday Home Celebration 1 Oct 2012

Daddy asked Mummy to buy a small birthday cake for Annabelle’s birthday home celebration.

This is the first birthday that Daddy is not staying with us, but I know that he still loves Issac and Annabelle very much.

He would not wants to miss every single of their birthday. Due to his work, he can only come to our house at night.

Thus, Mummy just went straight to the bakery and cake shop bought a small cake. I know that Annabelle loves Daddy and to celebrate her birthday together with her Daddy.

Daddy came to home at night. Mummy took the cake out from the fridge.

It is a chocolate moist cake with a strawberry and a mini macaroon on top of the cake as decoration.

I put on 5 sticks of the birthday candles. All of us together, sang Annabelle the birthday song and she blew the candles.

I can see from her face, she really enjoyed that moments, and sang together with us the “Happy Birthday” song. I took a photo of Annabelle together with Daddy cutting the birthday cake.

After we ate the birthday cake, Daddy brought a surprise birthday present to Annabelle.

It is a kid’s scooter! And, she loves it so much! Issac too, because both of them can share the scooter sometime.

I can feel Issac too, he was a bit quite during Daddy was here.

May be he was hiding his love and excitement inside his heart, as he afraid that he would miss his Dad more.

My heart was aching when I noticed this. Eventually, I encouraged him to join in when Daddy assemble Annabelle’s new scooter, then he was relaxing a bit.

Both Issac and Annabelle were happy whenever they saw their Daddy around.

Annabelle Birthday The Core Celebration 1 Oct 2012

I have been planning and put on my thinking hat a lot for Annabelle’s Birthday.

I do not know why, may be it is because ever since we had been separated, Daddy moved out and staying somewhere else…making me put in effort in things that would make both of the kids happy.

Lately, I had the opportunity to go to the Wondermilk Cupcakes House at Citta Mall while waiting for both Issac and Annabelle come out from their art class at Jane Yap Atelier.

It really do amazed me with all sorts of cute designs cupcakes. Thus, made me decided that I place an order a box of cupcakes with her name on it as her birthday celebration at school.

I ordered a week earlier and took the cake on Sunday and kept it at the store room in the house.

She was so excited during seeing her cake. The cupcakes is indeed beautiful.

I prepared the party bags for her classmates as well. I bought quite a lot of titbits and pencil cases with stationeries for her friends too.

After sending Annabelle in the morning to The Core, Issac together with me went for our breakfast.

Issac Primary 1 is in the afternoon class, so I can bring him together and we celebrate Annabelle birthday at school.

Around the recess time, Issac was helping Mummy to take the 2 big green bags contained with the party bags. I was taking the cupcake box to her classroom. Her classroom is at the 1st floor.

All the children were excited and happy too. We sang together “Happy Birthday” song to her, and Annabelle was so happy. Issac too, squeeze in the group of children.

Her teacher helped us to take a group photo together with her classmates.

After which, I sent Issac back to Aunty Joyce’s house to get ready to go to his school.

She is happy. Hopefully, she does not feel lack of love in home…

I really feel mad and angry of all these fake caring and love to the children.

I feel so awful after that, why I just let my angers burst out like that, I was not suppose to do that.

I did tell the children Daddy that, the Doodolls that he promised to buy for them, I will buy myself to the children.

I think I knew the reason why he would not buy for the children, because the Doodolls series is His and His new wife’s love story…

The Doodolls will remind him of his new love only… He is Her Mr. Nerdie, not for me and the children… probably He is still for the kids, but not for me any more…

A Tiny Picture that Touch Me…

I went for the Prudential Training whole day today for catching up my CPD hours. The training topic I had chosen is “The Fundamental of Trust and Will”. Just to choose some topic, that I can get out the benefit out of it, at the same time fulfilling the 30 CPD hours.

There is a “cube”, and every each side of the “cube” contained a hidden small piece of paper. The first paper I picked it up and opened up. I saw it at a glance, and it touch me, my heart…

It reminds me that, I have to keep on remember that I deposited my whole love, true love to the children. It is been a difficult period for 3 of us, each of our emotions and temper are no good at all. As a mother, I am the one who is be here to protect and love them.

It is a bitter when seeing the tiny picture below, shown are the “whole piece” of the family – a father, a mother, a son, a daughter, a baby and together with a puppy.

Here, we are 3 of us, walking down the road, deposit we have for each other to our memory banks…

Outing Together ^^ 19 Aug 2012

Today is the first day of Hari Raya Aidil Fitri. It is actually a long weekend holidays. Mummy have nothing plan in advance to celebrate with the children together.

It is always been a simple outing with the kids. The children and Mummy were having our movie day again at Summit USJ Mall, we bought our ticket for 1:00pm before we had our brunch at the Mandy’s.

It was still have some times that we had our stroll to the far end Original Classic sports shop, Annabelle saw a pair of shoes that caught her eyes – a pair of light pink sparkling shoe. She likes it so much, then asked me to buy for her.

Mummy saw there is 50% discounts on the shoes… why not right? This is actually the first time, Mummy buying shoes for both, after the separation between Mummy and Daddy… And, it is RM40.00.

Mummy asked Issac to look for a pair too for himself, initially he looked at the red Puma shoes, it is quite of nice, but a bit expensive though, RM150++… Then, he picked another pair of red, black and white shoes, around RM49.90, after 10% discounted price is RM44.90. Two pairs of shoes costs Mummy less than RM100.00. Mummy felt not bad at all, the children were happy getting a pair of new shoes, and I told them to wear it on the Musikgarten concert evening only.

We rushed for our movie, “ParaNorman” afterwards. It was actually a kind of unique animation movie. This is a different type of animation film than what we has been watched over the past few years. It’s a charming story that has heart, humor and great messages for viewers of all ages. It’s a fun twist on horror movies for the young crowd; a mix of Zombie land, Goosebumps, The Goonies and Monster Squad.

We had our tea again at Secret Recipe at the Lower Ground. We had different slices of cakes compared to yesterday – a slice of Chocolate Mud Cake and a slice of Chocolate Strawberry with a cup of Earl Grey and Long Black. Issac and Annabelle loves our new activity – Tea Time with Cakes ^^. The outing ended with Mummy was buying a few of groceries at Mydin Mall USJ.

At night, Mummy just found out that eventually the shoes bought for Issac, is not really a quality pair of shoes, I guessed because of the price as well… Well, I have to work harder and make sure myself can able to buy better pairs of shoes and cloths for my little two babies, in the very near future to come…

Our 1st Tea Experience ^^ 18 Aug 2012

Today after our “Sammy 2” movie, Mummy just feel like wants to have tea together with all my lovely kids.

The thoughts just flow into my mind…

Mummy had been stopped or kept away all the activities that would be ‘costly’ even it is just a little bit extra, for the kids to have some fun or new experiences.

To Mummy, take sometimes for tea is a luxury things to do… but, probably sometimes we should just slow down our footsteps and start to live…

We had a wonderful time at Secret Recipe Taipan USJ. A slice of Blueberry Cheese Cake, Chocolate Banana and Moist Chocolate Cake for each of us, together with a cup of English Breakfast Tea and Long Black ^^.

It seems like Mummy have to learn live again, together with my 2 little babies, and learn from each other, take care each other.

Pre- Birthday Celebration 25 Jun 2012

It was quite a surprise to me as he is still remember my birthday even we were in the midst of getting all the divorce papers finalise and done.

May be he wants to let the children know that he still care for this family even though he is no longer live here any more.

I just know both children are really happy when they see their father was here, and a little bit sad when they saw him left the house.

I feel a little glad that he still remember my birthday… just for how long?

Kuala Lumpur Butterfly Park 10 Jun 2012

After last week, I brought the kids to the KL Bird Park, this time around we came to the Butterfly Park.

We have been here for many times before this. The Butterfly park is located inside the Lake Gardens Kuala Lumpur.

The Butterfly Park is one of the five gardens and parks which make up the Lake Gardens. I am planning of trying to do the visits around the Lake Gardens area as I know there are a lot of attractive places around there.

We arrived there around 11.15am. The park is not big, thus it do not take long for us to complete our visit.

The morning was so hot that we do not want to stay long under the sun, luckily that it is sheltered by a thin layer of net.

The park is beautifully landscaped with myriads of lush greenery and colorful flowers. There are also a nursery and breeding area where you can see the butterfly larvae emerging as butterflies from their cocoons.

Other than these butterflies of various colors and sizes, there are also insects on display.

Among the insects on display are the rhinoceros beetles and the praying mantises.

In the Butterfly Park itself is also a souvenir shop where you can purchase home some preserved butterflies which are made into bookmarks, keychains and so on.

We bought some drinks at the souvenir shop, sat down and have a rest. Before we went off, I asked Issac to stand at the entrance there so that I can take a photo of him.

It was so happened that there was a tram which stopped in front of the Butterfly Park. I was curious and asked about the route.

It cost only RM2.00 for adult and RM1.00 for children. Well, this is our first ever experience in visiting the lake gardens in this tram, and it was exciting for us!

It covered the Lake Gardens (TAR Heritage Park zone, Perdana Botanical Garden, Deer Park, Hibiscus Garden, Orchid Garden, KL Bird Park, National Planetarium, Police Museum, Islamic Arts Museum, National Museum), National Mosque.

After which the driver stopped at the Butterfly Park again and we just drop off from there, took our car and drove back home.

Kuala Lumpur Bird Park 3 Jun 2012

Well this is our third or forth time coming here. Just the 3 of us. Bird Park is not something new to us, but it is always a joyful walk when we come back here.

Visitors can take long strolls along the walkway of the park while enjoying the view of birds of various colors and sizes. With every step you take, there will definitely be birds that catch your attention.

Some of the main attractions of the park are the hornbill park, the flamingo pond, the world of parrots, the egg incubation area, the bird gallery and education center just to name a few.

Daily activities at the Bird Park include bird shows, eagle feeding, hornbill feeding and so much more.

I decided to take our photo at the feather friends photo booth there. It is quite an awkward feeling though at the time we took the photograph, feeling was like incomplete I would said.

But we just take it with our happy face. This time around Annabelle was brave enough already, unlike 3 years back she was crying while taken the photograph. This time, she had a bird on her hand while I was supporting her hand, as the bird is heavy though.

We spent almost 2 hour there at the Bird Park. After around 2.00pm, we left the park and looking for our lunch ^^.

Daddy’s Weekend Visit 2 Jun 2012

Both Annabelle and Issac were so happy today, as Daddy came for a visit. I knew that they were really excited and they love Daddy so much!
