Capers Sentul Day Out 24 Apr 2015

IMG_1449 Today is the last day of Annabelle medical leave. She is getting better and better compared to the first day she was sick and down with Influenza B.

I had to take emergency leave since Monday when Dr. Liew confirmed that, she has been infected with the virus of Influenza B.

There is on going job site at the Capers Sentul, a residential unit, which the renovation need to be completed by 30th April 2015, as the new tenant is going move in on 30th April 2015.

IMG_1422 I noticed that Annabelle is getting better, then i just decided to go to the Capers Sentul and bring her down together as well.

I was thinking of after checking the progress of the renovation works at site, I can bring her around to check on the play ground, swimming pool, water features and the roof garden.

We were so excited at the stainless steel swing and the steel wire mesh sofas at the roof top garden.

We love it so much! It must be the designer pieces!

IMG_1429We feel so happy to see the interesting and these amazing design pieces!

I saw the steel wire mesh settee before at the Kuala Lumpur Performing Art Centre near the Sentul Park.

The very first time I saw it, I was thinking like : Hmmm…Who is the designer whom design all these master pieces, so brilliant of him or her!

And, even though some people might say, it is silly to do that, but the chair is so comfortable when you sit on it.

IMG_1451All the sharp edges were sanded and rounded! It is really a fine workmanship! Now, I saw it here at Capers Sentul! Well, it is under the same development company – YTL Land.

The swimming pool looks really impressive which is tiled up with combination of colourful shades of blue and turquoise, pale yellow and cool greys. You really can’t differentiate the pool area.

At a corner there is a water features which we can walk on the steps which is one inch below the water level. And, it looks like we are walking on the water effect!

IMG_1433 Children playground is located at another end of the corner. The colourful and vibrant playground make the children want to come here and play.

5 Stones SS2 Day Out

IMG_3913 Due to Aunty Joyce is on leave on the Christmas holidays season, thus Mummy have to take care of both Issac and Annabelle. I brought both kids to work. Mei Ling too, bring her daughter come to work as well. The children were so happy of being together and play together.

These few days, Jessie kept on mentioning a condominium which she bought years ago, had been received the keys lately. She said the environment is really suitable for the family, and it was designed to promote more ‘inclusive’ experience, which the concept of it, offers a modern day village of your own, with features or facilitates that encourage interaction with the community that surrounds one living and shares life’s experience.

IMG_3903 The condominium she was mentioning about, is called Five Stones, which located at SS2. After lunch time, she drove us all together with the children to the condominium and shown to us the environment of the newly completed residence. We love the place very much as the greenery of the garden.

The Garden - so elegant in its simplicity - beckons you to come out from your apartment and stroll along the shaded canopy walk of Angsana trees, to sit and to chat. A black granite bridge connects one end of the garden to the other.

IMG_3904 The tranquillity and interactivity of an exquisitely designed garden by renowned landscape designer, Dr. Colin Okashimo, and the inspirational artworks by Britain's leading multimedia artist – David Hiscock – adorning the Porte coheres, lift lobbies and selected common areas.

David Hiscock is regarded as one of the 30 top photographers of the last 30 years, and has worked with Donna Karan, Sir Paul McCartney, Mick Jagger, Harvey Nichols, Hyatt Hotels and Nike.

As night falls, the garden comes aglow with imaginative lighting themes that create a magical ambience. Pockets of illumination by the outdoor park lamps light up the meditative benches. The same granite bridge now cuts across the garden like a ray of light.

IMG_3924 Near the Villa towers, suspended 'moon' lights cast soft shadows over the "Found Stones", whereas at the far corner of the garden, simulated 'campfire' lighting surrounds the "River Stones" sculptures, inviting children and adults alike to gather around.

Located at the edge of Five Stones, at an area designated as the "active" zone, lies The Clubhouse. At the top-most level, a 14-table multi-function hall extends to the terraces, allowing the host and guests alike to take in a spectacular view of the tree-lined riverside promenade. Below it, lies a haven for fitness enthusiasts - where a dynamic gym, basketball court and two badminton courts breathe energy into the tranquil environment.
