IMG_7638

After last week successful try out of the baked chicken chop, potatoes and vegetables, I prepared the same for today Sabbath’s meal as well for the children.

Sometimes I feel so blessed with these two little angels besides me all the time, even though my cooking skills still has a lot of rooms to improve.

Both of them just so supportive in whatever cooking I make. I feel so touched with these 2 very understanding angels God gifted to me in my life. And, of coarse sometimes they too, have their own mood as well.

IMG_9882Recently Daddy have bought a new Faber counter top oven. We actually have shop for a few electrical shop and finally decide which brand and size we are going to buy for our house. We had seen Sister Joyce’s oven in her house, and we are so motivated want to do some baking of cookies, chickens, or any bake dishes.
We are thinking of to try something simple and easy first. Then we have found this dish in the internet. Daddy looking forward to it for so long, and we wanted to ‘officially launch’ our newly bought oven. We went to the Puteri Mart yesterday morning, to buy the necessary ingredients. And, today we tried our first ever new recipe ^^.

  • 1 Cup brown sugar
  • 1 Can Coca-Cola®
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 2 Cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce (a Japanese sauce) salt and pepper to taste
