Couple Photo

Today we went to Aquaria KLCC, there are not many photos that I took as we visited the place for quite a few times. Issac loves to take photos with some of Aquaria’s occupants ^^.

 

Well, Issac helped us took a photo using the iPad. I love it very much, I just took a photo from the iPad.

Annabelle’s Scribbles

There was a piece of paper on my keyboard when I sat down in front of the table.

It was Annabelle’s scribbles. It is her way of writing her thoughts.

She often draws cards or messages for me to soothe me down when she notices something wrong or I am unhappy.

She is a loving person who is sensitive to my emotions.

She wants to care for her mother.

I was very touched by that...

A Styrofoam Plane

Issac got an encouraging small token from his Kumon teacher today. It is a small Styrofoam plan. It is the same one that Daddy bought for him at KL Bird Park.

Unfortunately, the plane that day was unable to fly high but this time the plane that the teacher gift able to fly high.

After the Kumon class, we managed to drive over to Butter & Olive to buy some cakes and bread for the children’s breakfast and back home.

Both of them share a small table for their study and homework. It was fun sometimes seeing them doing homework and chit-chatting.

Annabelle was doing her homework on the little table and Issac asked her to complete her homework faster so that his turn to use the table to do homework.

Issac: “Annabelle, fast fast do la, I want to do.”

Annabelle: “Ok ok lo.”

Issac: “If you finish your one then help me do my homework.”

Annabelle: “Ok lo.”

Then, Issac said to me, “Mummy, you know what? Annabelle is my lifeguard.”

Annabelle asked me, “Mummy what is lifeguard?”

I explained to Annabelle, “ Meaning, Annabelle, you saved Issac’s life.”

Issac agreed, “Yeah, yeah, yes!”

Unexpectedly, Annabelle looked at me and whispered, “Mum, I tell you, Koko is crazy.”

Sometimes hearing the sibling’s conversation is like – funny!

Three Little Birds Coffee 26 Feb 2014

I was doing some renovation at the D7 and Capers Sentul area this coming few weeks. I had came a crossed this quite eyes catching coffee shop.

 

I walked in and just ordered a cup of Long Black and a piece of Quiche. The interior decoration is quite simple and nice, especially the flooring, the designer just using clear lacquer on top of the existing cement rendered floor.

 

The interior furniture are using mixture of steel and timber plank or wood, the ceiling was just expose slab with white painted, and other air-conditioning and electrical piping as well. Got the raw type of feelings, and it looks simple!

 

Three Little Birds Coffee are a couple of cafes dedicated to the flavours possible in coffee. The team are not only a great bunch of people, but they are passionate about the bunch of flavours possible from coffee. And, it is just next to the Artisan Roastery at Ground Floor of D7 Sentul.

 

Three little birds could signify the grower of the bean, the roaster and the barista all working together to make a great cup of coffee for you. It could be something to do with the fat bird, big bird and little bird who started it. But it’s likely just a line from a song that I’ve always liked.

 

What it is is a serene place to hang out and enjoy a well-crafted brew. I do really enjoyed my coffee here ^^.

Annabelle’s Mung Bean Experiment

This is Annabelle’s mung bean experiment which her teacher asked the student to do in the home. She is so happy for this.

This is not the first time she does this. I did together with her and Issac when both were much more younger.

She need to bring to school next week ^^

SY2 Annual Award & Dinner

SY2 organised the Annual Award & Dinner at Kota Damansara. I attended the dinner after settled both children’s dinner. I left the function early as I need to rush home for the children.

Overall it is a good occasion for all the teammates to gather and enjoy each other companionship.
