After a long day outside and a very small birthday celebration with Issac, all of us were taking rest in the hotel.
Alvin went out for a walk in the alleys and looked for street food again. This was the grilled cuttlefish. The lady was pushing her food cart, when Alvin spotted the cuttlefish which were hanging neatly on the stainless steel rack on top of the cart.
There was a small charcoal stove and a small pasta and noodle machine at the side. The lady took one cuttlefish and started to toast or grille it on the charcoal stove, then fried the cuttlefish inside a small wok, to make the cuttlefish crispy.
After that, she use a stainless steel roller to tenderize the cuttlefish, then using the rolling machine to soften the cuttlefish and started to shred the cuttlefish.
Finally, the lady put on some sauce on top on the shredded fried cuttlefish. Well, this is another Vietnamese street food!
