P7110002This is a meal that Mummy learning from the blogs which Mummy is followings: The Green Little Tree.

Ingredients are simple: Green spinach noodles, yellow baby corns, red Lyceum Chinese Miller and green beans. Well, everything just boiled to cook, the noodles stirred with some fried onions oils, soy sauces and sprinkle with little salt to taste.

Mummy just placed noodles on top of the plate, with some baby corns and red lyceum Chinese Miller, those red and yellow colours make it looks like tree trees flowers. The green colour beans as the tree trunk and the noodles bottom as the green green grass. A touch of dark red brownish colour on tree green grass is the fried spring onions.

Home do not have white colour based plate, if not the dish will turn out nicer. Current using is blue dragon painted porcelain soup plate or dish plate. Mummy will look out for some new table wares which have characters and interesting.

New Project: Bento

P1011045 These few days, Mummy was following some ‘new friends’ blogs on Blogger. There are some of them attracted me a lot, especially Rachel Hei’s. She was a Malaysian wife whom husband working abroad at UK, a full time homemaker. She is blogging about how she prepares for her girl’s meal in a bento way.

Hem… a good idea to pack for young children whom are picky eater. Especially Issac is one of them. So, Mummy was thinking maybe mummy should try some of it as every time reading those bento blogs, always feel kike trying it because there are so so so cute.

Ok, then gathering and surfing from internet on some bento stuffs or gadgets to start with. Hope it will be fruitful and fun…not half way stop again!

Well, the beside photo was the spaghetti which Mummy cooked some mushrooms, dried chillies, broccolis, and prawns fried with some garlic.

Babies New Crocs

Today we waked up around 8.00am, took our early bath, then we drove out and had our breakfast. We had our Dim Sum breakfast at SS15, Subang Jaya. Issac and Belle had their half bowl of pork porridge with century eggs (皮蛋瘦肉粥) as their breakfast, whereby Daddy and I had some Roast Pork Bun (义燒包), Shrimp Dumpling (蝦餃), Pork Dumpling (燒賣), Steamed Pork Rib (蒸排骨), Shanghai Steamed Bun (上海小籠包), etc. Then, babies had their Milo Ice and adults had our Teh C Ice. We had a great meal.

Then, we went to the new shopping centre near Subang Parade – The Empire Shopping Gallery. Well, it is not a big shopping, but nice to walkabout. You would not feel tire, it is just nice.

Daddy had found a Crocs Shoe Shop, and bought both the babies, their first Crocs Clogs.

Issac’s is a Toy Story Kids’ Custom Clog in green colour base and with the blue colour band with the Toy Story wordings on it. The Left clog is with Woody on it and the right clog is with Buzz Lightyear on it. The background is some others cartoon characters such as Mr & Mrs Potatoes, Pig, etc engraved in the same green colour.

Belle’s is a Hello Kitty Kids’ Custom Clog which is combination of light and dark pink colour. The Left is the small bunny with some flowers, fence on the green grasses, whereby the right clog is the Hello Kitty sitting on the green grasses.

Mummy and Daddy knew that Crocs is a famous brand, but we did not expect that the price would be so expensive, as both pairs of kid’s shoes costs around RM258.00. Woah! but it is really a pair of good looking shoes. Mummy really likes it, both pairs was so cute and adorable. Just hope that the shoes would not be missing when both wear to school…

It is 2 play mats which can join together and with a small town plan printed on it, it comes together with the wooden train and car and the children just can place the vehicles on the roads on the play mats.

Birthday Celebration 25 Jun 2010

P6250033

Daddy and the children celebrate Mummy’s birthday a day before. It is normally our tradition that we would celebrate each other birthday if can, the night before our birthday.

P6250031

Daddy bought me a very nice birthday cake from RT Pastry Cake House. We sang the birthday songs together. A small celebration with our small family. I am officially 35 this year.

http://ipeng2.blogspot.com

Mummy just found out another place or blogging space. Mummy just created http://ipeng2.blogspot.com. Now, Mummy got 2 blogging space, well just in case, if one got problem, then at least still have a back up.

Past few days, Mummy was busying fill in Mummy’s BlogSpot. If your dear Daddy, or Aunt Ika or Uncle Esiang forgot about Mummy’s space at MSN, at least still have this BlogSpot for both of you – Issac and Annabelle. Mummy will keep on writing.

Mummy had a very special and unforgettable during childhood time. I know I was very happy, but sometimes our memories will drift away as our age grow. Now, I can hardly remember where was the places that I went together with Mummy’s Mum ( that is your grandmother – which both of you do not have a chance to see ) and Dad, of course with your Aunt Ika and Uncle Esiang too. And, the pictures in my mind was so blur.

Mummy hope by this blog, both of you still will remember and recall whenever you see these.
