109 ~ Search, Ponder and Pray
I started to love the Children’s Song after doing all these flip charts…
I would have to listen to the music and songs first, try my best to understand the lyrics and I would search for the suitable clip arts to insert in the flip charts. This process have made me get familiar and listen to the songs more. And, this is how I learn the music!
I really grateful for the callings and opportunity that Heavenly Father give me, to learn the ‘things’ I am lack of in my calling as a teacher and second counsellor in the Primary, which is the music!

Tithing Wallet
Developing Talents #1 ~ Learn how to budget and save money.Discuss why it is important to faithfully pay our tithing and how Heavenly father blesses us when we do (see 3 Nephi 24:10-11). Pay your tithing and begin saving for a mission.
This is our first part of the lessons of this activity. I have been eagerly searched and surfed the internet in my preparation for all these lessons.
There are so much examples of the lessons whereby prepared by all the Activity Days Leader Mormon Moms throughout the world, I am so excited about this!
The first lesson I was adapting from the website: http://www.themormonhome.com/teaching-tithing-wallet-printable/ about the teaching tithing wallet printable.
I think it is a great idea that Sister Rachel Evans Davis using the wallets as a teaching method to introduce the concept of Tithing and Money.
In addition on that, I did design some worksheets to include: asking the children to search for the scriptures.
Some lessons on where and how our Tithing Money goes.
And some pictures to help children to understand our tithing monies goes to fund the missionary work, temples, meeting house buildings, family history works, printing and translating scriptures, and humanitarian service to others.
Finally, the Tithing Slip is important too. How the tithing slip looks like, and how to fill up the tithing slip.
Both Annabelle and Issac were not so excited as I am, but thankfully that they just follow my flows.
I have planned and decided to split this lessons to 3 or 4 parts, throughout the month of September, every weekend we will have our lessons from this Tithing and Budgeting.
As Issac almost approach 11 years old now, I was thinking like: How am I going to teach and help him to work on the activities suggested in the Faith in God program?
I as a parent, need to prepared him and help him to understand the importance of the live gospel principles and to receive the Aaronic Priesthood when he is approaching his 12 years old.
Hopefully the weekly activity days program we plan each week, both me and the children able to learn from it.

Activity Days Binders
I have do some research online about the Activity Days binders. Eventually, in the end, I choose the lovely design Activity Binders from Sister Chrissy Lee from the Sugar Doodle.Net website page: http://www.sugardoodle.net/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=8175.
The original design I have used it for Annabelle’s binder which is in pink colour, and I used blue digital free download scrap paper for Issac’s binder, and it turns out well too. I love both of the binders!
I am using the past years management diaries to put together the lovely printed binders to organize both kids Faith In God progress. I decided to organize it into 5 sections: the first being general information such as the Article of Faith, the Gospel Standards, a page for them to paste their own photo, Faith In God tracking sheet, Faith In God requirements, etc.
And the other sections by the 4 categories specified in the Faith In God Booklet, Learning and living the Gospel, Serving Others, Developing Talents and Preparing for the Young Woman or Preparing for the Priesthood.
All the lessons would be pasted on the book, and have the kids do take 5 minutes at the end of the activity and journal about what they learned or how they felt about what they did that day. There is some pictures or photos which can be added in. Each binder also has a leather pocket so they can put in their Faith In God booklet in there.
My intention with the fun binders is to help reinforce what we have learned and hopefully they might look back at their accomplishments and be able to remember what they did to earn their Faith In God Award years from now.

My Fuji Xerox Docuprint CP225W Arrived!
Finally I got my printer today! It is very early morning the delivery to the office, around 8.15am in the morning. The delivery driver called me at 7.30am to check with me, if he could drop the parcel at 8.00am? I was like what?
I purchase this printer last Friday and it was the first time I bought from Lazada website. I was doing the online survey for a cheap LaserJet colour printer for few months ever since I was called as a Teacher in the Primary.
Every time the idea of getting one colour LaserJet printer just put on hold as I was thinking like, is it worth to invest one in the family to do just the primary works? And most of the time, I will bring out to the printing shop and get the colour copies out.
Ever since I am so determined to do the Faith In God program with the children, this gives me more reason to get one colour LaserJet printer for our family. I finally found this Fuji Xerox brand which is less than RM1,000.00, it was RM730.50 after including the delivery charges and some free phone apps voucher. I had read the reviews from the internet, it sounds good too.
With the help of this newly added ‘companion’, I can do a lot of the activity worksheets for the kids now!
