Day Out at Main Place USJ21 @ Pasta Zanmai 30 Mar 2014
It is a Sunday without Daddy. So, for our lunch, we just went to newly opened mall – The Main Place at USJ21.
The Main Place at USJ 21 was previously an abandoned construction eyesore project along the Jalan Kewajipan and you can see it from the Shah Alam – Puchong Highway.
From the ashes of the debris, the new developer took over and transformed it to The Main Place, which is consisted of residence and a shopping mall. It was just newly opened in early 2014.
I was a bit surprise too which the management has procured a good mix of retail as well as food and beverage outlets.
A neighbourhood mall with a manageable crowd, Jaya Grocer, Cotton On, Uniqlo and Sushi Zanmai make up some of the bigger names in the long list of retail tenants.
Meanwhile, harried parents are able to drop off their kids at Kizsports & Gym, Blokspace and Molly Fantasy.
The upcoming MRT line is purported to be linked to the mall.
This time around, we wanted to try on the Pasta Zanmai at Main Place. The interior decoration was almost the same design concept.
This time around, we tried another of Mini Pasta Set – Mini Salmon Cream Pasta and Mini Turkey Pizza for both Issac and Annabelle.
Well for myself, I choose another set of Mini Seafood Kimchi Soup with rice and salad.
I ordered a jug of Fruit Juice for 3 of us. The food we had this round were delicious too. Both were happy with it.
We walked in to A-Salon for Issac for a hair cut. It is time to him give a hair cut, as his hair is long now.
We walked in to the Popular Bookshop, both have chosen their own favourite book which they asked me to buy for one for each of them.
We spent almost 2 1/2 hours there then we went back home. On our way back, they were eagerly to read the books they bought just now.
It is quite a happy day for us ^^

I Love My Family ^^ 29 Mar 2014
This weekend Daddy was not here at Kuala Lumpur, he went back to Kuching for my father-in-law prayer ceremony for Ching Ming festival.
I guess Annabelle really miss her Daddy.
After the art class, we came back to our USJ home take a rest. I was busy doing my things…
Then I saw her take out a white card and starting to scribble and drawing something on it. After a while she came to me, and show me what she was drawing.
I know she miss her Daddy so dearly.
She will always draw some cards or little notes for me, as it is to calm or cool my heart if she notice something wrong or I am not happy…
She is always be such a caring girl whenever comes to my heart and feelings…
She sort of want to take care of her mum…
I was so touch on that…
I know the purpose she draw the cards also wants to ask me:
* Please don’t ever give up on our family or anyone in the family members!
* Please don’t ever give up on love them!
* Please don’t ever give up on myself!

Kuala Lumpur National Planetarium 16 Mar 2014
We are aware that there is a National Planetarium nearby the Kuala Lumpur Bird Park area, but we did not bring the kids go there often. Situated at the hill of Kuala Lumpur Lake Garden, surrounding by National Mosque, National Museum and Bird Park, National Planetarium is the place where the journey to space begin.
Combination of the Islamic architecture and astronomy, makes the National Planetarium resembles a mosque, but combined with a futuristic look. The planetarium cannot be considered as very attractive, but might serve as an information centre about the involvement of Malaysia in space programmes.
We went to National Planetarium by driving up the hill, the parking areas for visitors are limited. We just went in to the exhibition galleries as we do not aware there are outdoor Ancient Observatory Park.
The exhibition galleries starts with our Solar System, the history of space exploration then only come to the history of Malaysia space project, and the most excited part is the observatory tower.
There are many displays on the robots or vehicles used for space exploration. The exhibition shows the space science experiments done by our very own first Malaysia Angkasawan, Dr. Sheikh Muszaphar.
We went for the space planetarium shows. It was interesting to watch large format film played on the dome because it feels like we were on the outer space ourselves! Unfortunately, I got a bit dizzy after the shows.
We spent an overall an hour and half at National Planetarium. I would say it is a good place to go with the older kids who should appreciate the scientific displays and everything space-related.
That is the reason why we put this destination back to the end of our mind. Younger children would not know what are they seeing and touching, it is just to specific for them.
Anyhow, the observatory tower was a great one, we can the overall view of Kuala Lumpur City Centre from high. Well, this is how we spent another weekend with the children.

Hazy Weather - Mask On
These few days it seems the haze has come back and the weather conditions are those in which things are difficult to see. I put on the masks for both children whenever we go out. These photos were taken on our way to Kumon.

Annabelle’s Scribbles
There was a piece of paper on my keyboard when I sat down in front of the table.
It was Annabelle’s scribbles. It is her way of writing her thoughts.
She often draws cards or messages for me to soothe me down when she notices something wrong or I am unhappy.
She is a loving person who is sensitive to my emotions.
She wants to care for her mother.
I was very touched by that...
